Special Programs

SSNS offers a variety of additional programs to enrich our children's lives. These programs have been very successful. The children love the extra time with their teachers and the parents get some free time for themselves. Each program requires advance sign up and additional payment.

Early Morning Drop Off
Monday – Friday from 8:30 – 9:30am
If you need some extra time in the morning, you can drop your child off early for an hour of supervised play before school begins. The cost is currently $20 per session.

Monday or Friday Theme Program
Monday 9:30am – noon (2's class)
Friday 9:30am – 1pm (3's and 4/5's classes)

Students can register for a 4-week session, each one with a different theme. The program, which is $35 per morning for our twos class and $40 per morning for threes and fours, has been a great success in past years.

Summer Preschool
Summer preschool runs during June and July for periods of two week sessions. We meet either four or five days per week depending on the age of child and the type of session being run. It runs from 9:30am to 1:00pm. Children spend a lot of time out of doors and should wear or bring a bathing suit and towel. There are water activities as well as arts and crafts projects, indoor play and the ever popular daily popsicle. The kids have lots of fun, which is the purpose of our summer preschool. The current cost runs from about $100-185 per week (it varies depending on days of week and age of child). Currently the program is a coop program and each parent coops one day per two-week session per child. The cooping parent brings a snack for 12 children and each child should bring a lunch and a large water bottle.
